目前,我国粮食供给面临消费刚性增长、生态环境恶化与资源供给趋紧等多重约束,降低粮食产后损失以增加粮食有效供给是确保粮食安全的有效途径之一。本文以全国9个省份1662个粮食销售商为研究对象,运用Tobit回归模型,分析影响粮食产后销售环节损失的主要因素。结果表明,销售商的粮食存储环节对其销售损失影响最大,装卸、搬运环节次之,展销环节对粮食损失影响最小,而销售商的受教育程度、从业时间、粮食存储条件,以及市场公共设施的供给与管理水平与销售环节的粮食损失负相关,销售商的年龄、粮食销售店铺和存储仓库是否分离,以及是否处于秋季与销售环节的粮食损失正相关。
<<At present,our country is facing multiple constraints of food supply,namely,rigid growth of consumption,deterioration of the ecological environment,hardness supply of resources.One of the useful ways to ensure food security is to reduce post-harvest food losses to increase the effective supply of food.This essay takes the 1662 food vendors in 9 Provinces as the research object,and uses Tobit regression model to analyze the main factors influencing post-harvest food losses in marketing chain.The results show that the factors in storage stage have great impact on food losses,second is in transit stage,food losses in exhibition stage is minimal.Influencing factors of negative correlation with food losses in marketing chain include level of education,working time,storage conditions of food,and market supply of public facilities and the level of management.Influencing factors of positive correlation with food losses in marketing chain include age,separation of food store and storage,and autumn.
