In the recent years，the issue about employment of university graduates emerges.This results in decrease of initial employment rate and starting salary of university graduates，the social status of their jobs also get lower.The government has taken measures to tackle this problem.The difficulty of employment of university graduates is the result of fast development in higher education and reform in employment policies.It is partly because of the segmentation of labor market，the relative gap between job expectation of graduates and market demands，and the inadequate systemic set-up in higher education.So it is necessary to change the structure of courses in higher education，eliminate segmentation in labor market，improve the system of statistics about employment rate of university graduates，reduce the excessive difference of wage level among industries and regions.
