The problem of university debt has been considered as a “university debt crisis”. At present，the three parties of government，university and bank have taken action actively to solve the crisis. Government assistance，land displacement，syndicated loan and loan structure adjustment have become the major ways of solving university debt crisis now. However，there are still some unsolved deep-seated contradictions. We should analyze and solve the problem of university debt on the basis of establishing a modern university system under the Guidance of scientific outlook of development.
