Education for commoners is an excellent tradition of China，which currently is a type of education for the masses and for the disadvantaged groups，especially for rural areas. It is also a precious mental outlook that education is not only for the elite and serve only for the minority，but also for the poor，give children of poor families the substantive right for education and enjoy happy life. The experiments of education for commoners practiced in many areas in China have provided successful experience for its development.
