By the methods of literatures review，expert interview and mathematical analysis，it aims to analyze the current situation of the operation and management of Beijing sport venues. The first section is the introduction of the total scale of the sport venues in Beijing，including the number，distribution，type and nature of sport venues. The second section is about the operating status of sport venues in Beijing，including the services provided by venues，operation pattern，efficiency and problems existing in the venue management. The third section is the analysis of the trend of operation management of sport venues in Beijing，including the continuing of the system reform，the sport venue public services purchase by the government，the intelligent venue construction and professional management of sport venues.
