    2017年我国基于慕课和翻转课堂的管理类课程案例教学研究

    摘要

    随着慕课、微课和翻转课堂等新兴教学方式的不断出现,传统教学以教师为主导的“灌输式一言堂”模式势必也应随之进行改革,尤其对于注重理论结合实践的管理类课程更加有必要。管理类课程不仅仅需要多方位、全局性的系统知识体系作为支撑,更需要培养学生运用知识分析具体案例,因此借助慕课平台获取多视角、多元化的教学资源,同时借助翻转课堂进行案例导向的互动式教学模式,对管理类课程教学效果的提升大有益处。本文从慕课和翻转课堂应用于管理类课程案例教学的价值和必要性入手,着重设计了以案例教学为导向的“课前准备-课堂讲授-课后反馈”的实践教学模式,为管理类课程的教学改革提供建议。

    Abstract

    With the continuous emergence of modern teaching methods such as MOOC,micro leaning resource and flipped classes,it becomes more and more necessary to make innovations in the traditional teaching method as inculcating teaching model,especially in management lessons which combine theory with practice. Not only management lessons need diversified and systematic knowledge supporting system,but also need to foster the practical analyzing ability for students. Therefore,it would play a vital role in enhancing the teaching effectives in management lessons through MOOC and flipped classes. And the former one could help teachers to achieve more valuable and diversified management cases,while the latter one could introduce a case-oriented interactive case teaching method. Considered that,this paper would pay attention to the application of MOOC and flipped classes in management lessons,focusing on the value,the necessity and the mechanism of this teaching method innovation. Finally,this paper would establish a newly case teaching method covering the whole segments of classes from the preparing before classes to the teaching on classes and then to the feedback after classes. And according to the above opinions,we could make effective suggestions to the teaching innovation for similar management classes.
