<<This paper aims to promote the development of teachers and students by innovating the scientific research organization mode and adopting the concept of “quantum management-empowering mechanism” to give teachers and students the energy of development,thus stimulating the motivation of organizational development and promoting the internal information,knowledge and ideas to share and create. Finally,the level of teaching and researching will be enhanced.
