The problem of doctor-patient has been concerned by the government and social public，but most of the current research have been based on the subjective empirical data from case study and questionnaire，and which may face some risks in terms of the sample’s representativeness and objectivity. This study attempts to explore the pattern of netizens’ attention and attitude for doctor-patient with the objective Weibo data in social media platform from 95 Chinese cities in 2015（N=172 thousand）. Results showed that the first-tier cities in China had the highest degree of concern for doctors-patient，but at the same time showed low trust characteristics，including low positive emotion，low sense of control. This study is of great significance to the understanding of the current Chinese public’s social mentality toward the doctor-patient，as well as to enhance the doctor-patient trust.
