On June 3，2017，the 30th Discipline forum of the research on Marxist theory discipline of national universities & seminar on “rule of law with virtue：the core values of Chinese socialism and modernization of state governance” was held in Zhongnan University of Economics and Law. At the seminar，experts and scholars from all over the country have carried out a profound exchange and discussion around the topic of the conference，each of them published insights of rule of law with virtue theory and socialist core values and the modernization of national governance. Combined theory with practice，this seminar shows that great achievements have been made for years from many aspects such as the solid foundation of China’s development，the progress in the construction of cultural theory. The outcomes of this seminar will not only further facilitate the construction of the discipline of Marxist theories，but will promote the theoretical accumulation of the rule of law with virtue and the practical exploration of the study of socialist core values and modernization of state governance in academia.
