2017 is the 20th anniversary of Hongkong’s return to the motherland. Hongkong SAR（Special Administrative Region） government and the tourism industry have launched a number of policies and new initiatives to reshape the “hospitality capital” tourism image and Hongkong’s inbound tourists rebound. “The Belt and Road” construction，Guangdong，HongKong and Macau Bay Area Development Planning have brought new opportunities to Hongkong’s tourism. The central government and Hongkong have signed a series of new agreements such as “CEPA Economic and Technological Cooperation Agreement”，meanwhile，the Hongkong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge，Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hongkong high-speed rail and other foundation constructions will deepen tourism exchanges and cooperation between the Mainland and Hongkong and promote Hongkong’s tourism development. In 2017-2018，it is expected that the tourism industry in Hongkong will grow steadily.
