交通是影响旅游业发展的先决因素,是旅游者出行考虑的基本因素。不过长期以来,交通因素一般作为外部变量对区域旅游的发展水平及规模产生影响。近些年,伴随综合交通运输体系的不断完善,两者不断出现融合发展的趋势,重点表现为交通的旅游功能不断彰显、特色旅游交通产品形式的不断涌现。2017年2月,交通运输部、国家旅游局等六部门联合发布《关于促进交通运输与旅游融合发展的若干意见》,明确提出加快形成两者相互融合发展的新格局。海南省是全国第一个全域旅游示范省,而“大三亚”旅游经济圈是海南省推动全域旅游发展的示范性地区,是旅游和交通融合发展在全国范围内最具典型性的地区,本文以“大三亚”旅游经济圈为例,分析了“大三亚”地区旅游交通存在的问题,提出了旅游与交通深度融合发展的举措及建议。

Traffic is a prerequisite factor for the development of tourism. It’s also a basic factor for travelers’ travel considerations. However,for a long time,traffic factors are generally considered as external variables that influence the level and scale of regional tourism development. In recent years,along with the continuous improvement of the integrated transportation system,the two have seen the trend of integration and development. The focus is on the continuous display of the tourist functions of transportation,and the continuous emergence of special forms of tourism and transportation products. In February 2017,the Ministry of Transport and the National Tourism Administration jointly issued the Several Opinions on Promoting the Integration Development of transportation and Tourism,and clearly proposed to speed up the formation of a new pattern of integration development between the two. Hainan Province is the first all-for-one tourism demonstration provinces in China. The “Sanya” tourism economic circle is an exemplary area for Hainan Province to promote the development of all-for-one tourism. It is the most typical area where tourism and traffic are integrated and developed in the nationwide scale. Taking the “Greater Sanya” tourism economic circle as an example,this paper analyzes the existing problems of tourism traffic in “Sanya Sub-region” and puts forward the measures and suggestions for the deep integration of tourism and transportation.
