Cantourism be developed in China’s national parks？There used to be many answers. At present，the mainstream understanding is that “national parks are not developing big tourism”，which is actually a consequence of the weakening of the meaning of tourism. The whole concept of tourism should be expanded in two aspects：On the one hand，tourism includes both career and industry，and the career part is the typical activity of “serving the people”. Even in the industry part，there are a number of business that have a full impact on regional development but do not increase the environmental capacity. On the other hand，the tourism of national parks is mainly in the form of career，and the industrial form should be carried out in the manner of eco-tourism that has a driving effect. “The Overall Plan of Establishing the National Parks System” clearly puts forward that on the premise of protection，national parks can not only develop tourism，featured towns constructionshouled also be encouraged outside the national parksto show the public welfare property of the national parks and alleviate the effects caused by the large tourist flow in national parks.
