Chang'an Town is a strong economic town in China，ranking the top ten in the country for two consecutive years in the “National Comprehensive Strength Town” list. This paper briefly introduced the industrial development of Chang'an Town in Dongguan，analyzed the problems and challenges in the process of industrial upgrading，and put forwards the direction and measures of Chang'an future industrial development from the aspects of industrial upgrading，science and technology innovation and group economy innovative development.
