In recent years，Machong town adheres to the concept of “Environment is the productive forces and grasping the environment is to seize the productive forces”，and explores a green rise road to promoting transformation and upgrading development with ecological governance. This paper systematically introduces the exploration practice，prgress and experiences of Machong town promoting transformation and upgrading development with ecological governance，and points out that the transformation development must insist on the organic unity of ecological beauty and people's richness，highlighting the parth and government leadership as well as the social participation.
