The main contradiction of industrial intensification in Dongguan is the contradiction of supply side，which mainly reflects in effective supply not suitable for new change of demand structure，abundant inherent kinetic energy of enterprise intensive development but scarce supply of intensive innovation factor. Therefore，in order to speed up the upgrading of quality，efficiency and intensive degree of Dongguan industry in new period，innovation factors allocation with supply-side structural reform，speeding up the creation of new supply system，supporting enterprises science and technology innovation，format innovation and business model innovation should be focused on.
