The coverage of sports events is the foundation of modern sports development power，unauthorized broadcast live sporting events network behavior，namely Internet piracy also increasingly prominent，serious damage to the holder of the relevant economic interests. The countries of the Anglo-American law system have formulated corresponding countermeasures for the protection of the copyright of sports events，but the relevant legislation in China is still blank. We should improve legislation，standardize authorization and strengthen self-discipline as soon as possible.
