According to the plan of the poverty alleviation by relocation during Thirteen-Five period，there are nearly 10 million poor people needed to be relocated. So far，the National Development and Reform Commission and the relevant ministries，financial institutions，and 22 provinces have formulated and implemented lots of policies and measures in relocation. Great progresses have been made and some experiences have been gained. However，there still exist several problems. Pertinent measures have been suggested in this report in order to achieve the poverty reduction goal in 2020.
