The South China Sea Arbitration concerns the regional peace and long-term strategic benefits of our country. To facilitate the organization of the future public opinion warfare and serve the general interest of the nation，it is necessary to unite efforts of media and diplomatic military activities，obey the rules in different stages of public opinion，adapt strategies to fight back reasonably，powerfully，and abstemiously，and summarize the effect of the series of communication strategies as well as the introspection from the past experience.
