At the same time，“company + farmers + technology + government” and other modes of cooperation，we could construct a large-scale industrial base of Eucommia . The planning area for Eucommia on Huang Huaihai plain is more than 10 million mu. The average annual output value of raw materials could be 86.6 billion yuan after 7 to 11 years and the annual output value could be 588 billion yuan after high-value use. The Eucommia industry will become a very important green pillar industry of this plain. It is of great significance to enhance the overall level of the forestry industry of this plain，to promote the accurate poverty alleviation and poverty extrication，to speed up the green industrial system of Eucommia ，and to build “the Belt and Road Initiatives” ecological corridor.
