在过去300多年文化和科技的争论历史中，既有对科技的质疑，也有对科技价值的重新审视。狭义上而言，文化科技融合指艺术科技，是支撑各文化行业的科技。广义上而言，文化科技融合是科技文化纳入道德轨道的融合，指向生态文明、道德文化和新哲学。文化科技融合的直接产物是文化高新技术产业，这一新型产业从产业结构上可以划分为三个层次：文化生产性服务业、消费性文化服务业、生产性文化服务业。
<<In the past 300 years of history of culture and technology debate，there has been both a challenge to science and technology，but also on the re-examine the value of science and technology. Narrowly speaking，culture and technology integration refers to the technology of arts，which is the technology that sustains all cultural industries. Broadly speaking，the culture and technology integration is the integration of technologic culture into moral orbit，pointing to ecological civilization，moral culture and new philosophy. The direct product of cultural and technology integration is the cultural high-tech industries，this new industry can be divided into three levels：cultural production services，consumer culture services，productive cultural services.
