Through the comprehensive reform of supply and marketing cooperatives，the coexisted operating system including supply and marketing system as well as joint society system has been established in Dong'e county.The system strengthened the the cooperation and guidance between county-township supply and marketing cooperatives，consolidated the new structure after reformation.The “two lines，a large area” operating mechanism has been formed.The system also implemented social services，modern circulation，innovative financial engineering and other projects.From the case analysis of the township association，the development of farmer cooperatives has shown the characteristics of modernized service，characteristic business innovation and clear structure system under the background of Dong'e county supply and marketing cooperatives.There are still some problems in the reform process，the system of supply and marketing cooperatives is powerless，township union development in huge difference，cooperatives association is not enough incentive，and lack of service capacity.These issues need to be further refined in subsequent reforms.
