During the urbanization process and the housing system reform in China,Old community as a relative residential type to real estate community has been appearing. The services and management of old community has become a weak link in the management of urban services,which constraint the urban economic and social development,is the next priority areas of community building. This paper describes the difficulties in services and management of old community,discusses the exploration and innovation in improving services and management of old community of Chaoyang District,Haidian District,Fengtai District in Beijing,and puts forward own viewpoints about trends of services and management in old community.
