The author proposes that community care including long term support is a new stage of community service and home care for seniors,and the new system should be regarded as a useful program of dealing with "Silver hair wave",of promoting people's well-being and city's competitiveness. The paper discusses development of services and products for senior care,suggesting that offering these services are an effective way to meet market demands and to reduce unemployment rate. Learning knowledge of community care from home and broad,the author discusses that resource integration among government,hospital and community is helpful for developing the system and reducing the cost of long term services.
