The year of 2017 is a critical year for the construction of Socialism with Chinese characteristics. It is important to keep education priority strategy and improve education modernization. For 2017，China’s education development has reached the top rank around the globe，and all levels of education have made great improvement regrading both education quality and the government fiscal input. The education system reform has been further implemented in the areas of government regulation，education evaluation，examination enrollment，private education reform，and teachers’ training system. In 2017，with more focus on ideological education，“first-class” higher education construction，the balanced development of rural area’s education，education with the Belt and Road Initiatives，the enhancement of educational wellbeing，and the precise elimination of poverty in the education area，both the development of teachers’ quality and the education industry have made significant improvement. At the meantime，the disadvantaged group，school violence，housing allocation and school enrollment，and the prevention of illegal business among college students，are all issues which have drawn extensive attention among the general public.
