In 2017，the overall employment situation remains stable，and the increment of urban employment opportunity keeps rising with low level of unemployment rate. The supply and demand of labor market remains a balanced situation. In 2018，the employment situation will keep at a steady condition with further improvement. However，challenges regarding the weak demand of the labor market，local risk of unemployment and the disadvantaged group’s difficulty of finding jobs，all pose significant problem for the employment situation. The 19th CPC National Congress has proposed the requirement of higher quality of employment and adequate employment. This report relies on data to analyze the employment situation of college and university students after their graduation，and generates several policy recommendations.
