In 2017，the income level for Chinese residents has been increasing steadily with decreasing income gap. At the same time，the consumption level keeps increasing with better living condition. For 2018，the economy will remain stable improvement with the growth rate of 6.5%. To enhance residents’ income and consumption，government should promote employment，increase income level，encourage entrepreneurship and innovation with further policy support. Also，the government should facilitate domestic investment，take precise measures for anti-poverty strategy，further promote the social security system，increase government service for innovation，stipulate domestic consumption，strengthen government regulation and create better consumption environment.
