As a new mode of transportation in the internet era，the online car-hailing service has impacted traditional taxi regulation modes.To strengthen the regulation of online car-hailing service，on November 1，2016，the Internet booking taxi service management interim measures officially took effect.After that，local governments have issued their own policies.Throughout the policies，most of them supervise from the three dimensions of car-hailing platform，operating vehicles，and drivers.Through these three dimensions，this paper attempts to construct the 3d model of the online taxi-hailing vehicle supervision to explore the regulation mode of the online taxi-hailing services.
