当前，新经济迅猛发展，产生新的技能需求，带来巨大的技能缺口。从世界范围来看，劳动力市场所需要的技能和劳动者所能提供的技能之间依然存在较大差距。新经济下如何做对技能、填补技能差距、实现就业升级和技能提升，成为亟待解决的问题。本文结合最新数据资料，阐述技能需求变化的驱动因素，探讨新经济需要什么样的技能，描述世界技能短缺情况，并指出技能培养的路径与方向。
<<At present，the new economy develops rapidly and induces new skill demand，which brings great skills gap.Across the world，there is still a large gap between the skills needed for the labour market and the skills that workers can provide.How to improve workers' skills in the new economy is an urgent problem to be solved.According to the latest data，in this paper，we illustrate the skill demand changes driving factors，explore what skills are needed for the new economy，describe the world skills shortages，and points out the path of the skills training.
