“十三五”期间,我国就业将随着经济转型、信息技术革命进入新的发展阶段。一方面,创意创新经济的发展,将加快我国新旧产业、传统行业和新兴行业的更新换代,新一轮就业增长与部分传统岗位逐渐消亡并存;另一方面,数字技术加速产业融合,新就业将从就业方式、就业群体、劳动者价值以及就业技能等方面对当期以及未来的劳动者提出更高的要求。要实现稳增长、保就业的社会主义发展目标,应健全劳动者培训制度,保障专职和兼职劳动者的权益。
<<During the 13th Five-Year period,China's labor market has entered a new stage of development,while the economic transformation and information technology revolution have been going on.On the one hand,the development of innovation economy will accelerate China's traditional industries transformation,and emerging industry upgrading,the birth of a new round of employment growth and the traditional post coexist.On the other hand,the digital technology has accelerated the industrial integration.New jobs put forward higher requirements for current and future workers according to new employment form,employment groups,labor value and employment skills.In order to realize the socialist development goal of steady growth and guarantee employment,we should improve the labor training system and guarantee the rights and interests of full-time and part-time workers.
