新闻跟帖中的对抗话语影响媒体议程设置和风险传播的效果。但鲜有研究从受众视角考察对抗话语产生的原因。研究基于观展/展演理论与从众理论,使用山东疫苗事件的91篇新闻与936条跟帖为样本,建立媒介、跟帖情境与对抗跟帖行为的逻辑回归模型考察对抗跟帖产生机制。研究发现:1。框架设置与发帖人身份成为个体展演的工具,显著影响对抗信息的产生;2。跟帖情境引发从众行为,一旦网民感知身处对抗氛围时书写对抗跟帖的概率显著提高;3。跟帖情境对框架效应产生调节作用。与主流情境相比,对抗情境中的从众现象更明显,消解了框架在对抗信息产生上的差异。因此,避免对抗情境在社交媒体平台上的早期形成是治理对抗新闻跟帖的有效路径。
<<Online commenting sections are often full of destructive or uncivil and aggressive comments.This study operationalizes audience theory as an alternative theoretical perspective.Based on theory of performance and imagination and theory of conformity,we juxtaposes a content analysis of all articles about Shandong vaccine incident(n=91)with comments posted below these articles(n=936).It finds:1.News frame and ID affects production of uncivil comments; 2.Climate of comment sections influences production of uncivil comments;3.Climate of comment sections shaped framing effect differently.
