抑郁症作为威胁大众健康的心理疾患,不仅危害个人健康,也是影响社会发展的沉重障碍。在过去的十年左右,社交网络及社交媒体在很大程度上改变了人们交流与互动的模式,也改变了人们搜寻与接收信息的方式。所以,对抑郁症的呈现除了传统的主流媒体之外,社交媒体上信息互动成为建构抑郁症和传播抑郁症相关信息的重要渠道。基于此,研究从健康传播的理论框架出发,以新浪微博为例,汇总了近4年来该平台上有关抑郁症的博文,重点考察了社交媒体上媒体类博主、影响力排名前十的主流媒体、“大V”及健康类“大V”对抑郁症的呈现,旨在呈现抑郁症社交媒体传播的基本生态和归因指向,分析产生这种现状的原因以及改善的可能。研究发现,社交媒体上有关抑郁症的信息主要偏向“轶事框架”,对其产生的归因框架和解决方案都更多地指向个人,而非社会,报道内容和讨论话题同质性倾向严重,抑郁症的信息普及与社会支持度不容乐观,抑郁症的健康传播依旧任重道远。
<<As a threat to public health,depression does not only harm to personal health,but also is a serious obstacle to the society development.Over the past decades,social networks and social media have largely impact the way people communicate and interact with each other and changed the way people search and receive information.In addition to the traditional mainstream media,social media has become an important channel for depression building and spreading.However,the information on social media is mostly disorganized,which has brought risks and hazard to the health communication of depression.Therefore the research origins from the theoretical framework of health communication,exposes the information ecology and cause attribution of depression on social media,analysis the reasons for this situation and the possible improvement.Take Sina WeiBo as an example,summarizes all the information related to depression for the past 4 years on this platform,focused on the media bloggers,the top ten mainstream media,verified weibo users and health bloggers on depression.The study indicates that social media information about depression tend to take anecdotical frame,the attribution and recovery solution are more directed at individual rather than the society.Homogeneity tendency of reporting content and topic discussion is serious,social support of depression and the information popularization is not optimistic.There still need efforts to help spreading the health communication of depression.
