The combination of the Internet and public welfare makes fingertip public service possible.The forms of public welfare participation are abundant，such as walking，shopping，games and so on.Network creates a new space for the development of public welfare，and makes it more easier for raising public funds.This paper aims to analyze the resources of nonprofit organizations，enterprises，governments and donors in the transition from the traditional public welfare model to the new model，and discuss how to cooperate and share resource in the new situation.By exploring the future development trend of Internet public welfare，the author hopes to broaden its reality development ideas.
