近年来以Facebook、YouTube、Twitter、新浪微博等为代表的世界级社交网络应用,对国际舆论格局产生了深刻的影响,社交网络已经成为各国政府开展国际传播、公共外交的重要渠道。本报告以2017年4月“习特会”为例,以美国政府和官方媒体、中国政府和官方媒体的新浪微博账号及Twitter账号为研究对象,采用基于框架理论的内容分析方法对“习特会”期间中方和美方发布内容进行深入挖掘与分析,借以比较两国对于“中美关系”“两国发展”“地区形势”等重大问题的不同认识和关切,总结两国在海外社交网络的战略传播样态,最后提出提升我国在国际社交网络中国家战略传播能力的建议。
<<In recent years,the world-class social network applications represented by Facebook,Youtube,Twitter,Sina Weibo have had a profound impact on international public opinion pattern.Social network has become an important channel for governments to carry out international communication and public diplomacy.This article takes the event “Xi-Tramp meeting” as an example,to Twitter/Sina Weibo accounts operated by Chinese/American government and media as the object of study.The writer used the content analysis method based on the frame theory,digging and analyzing the contents published by Chinese and American Twitter/Sina Weibo accounts during Xi-Tramp meeting.This article compares the different understandings and concerns of the two countries on major issues such as “Sino-US relations”,“development of the two countries” and “regional situation”,summed up the two countries strategic communication patterns in the overseas social network,and finally put forward proposals to promote China's strategic communication capacity in international social network.
