Local news clients are an important platform for local users to be aware of local news and an important window for foreigners tocomprehen-dinformation.In this study，ShangYou“Chongqing” and ZAKER“Guangzhou”are used as the object，and analysis of the differences between news subject，source and quality of report by content analysis，so as to examine the media social responsibility of the two and their differences.This study randomly selected two clients published within 10 days of a total of 800 news published analysis，and found that two clients in the news producers，news topics，reported objects and many other categories have significant differences，but in the final Information production，social supervision，entertainmentproduction，coordination of the four indicators on the score was flat and low，the implementation of social responsibility all have problems.Simultaneously，wewillbe in the content，accountability and norms to make the appropriate recommendations.
