大型商业网站是当今所有信息媒介中浏览量点击率最高的网络媒体之一,研究承载的社会责任具有十分重要的意义。以实证数据为基础,采用定性定量相结合的方法构建商业网站社会责任考量的指标体系,对其社会责任的承担情况进行综合评估。结果表明,大型商业网站在社会责任履行方面整体水平较好,但仍存在社会风尚引导不力、低俗内容信息等五大问题。在此基础上探讨了提高大型商业网站社会责任履行的有效途径。
<<Large scale commercial website is one of the most important network media in all of the information media,so it is very important to study its social responsibility.On the basis of empirical data,qualitative and quantitative methods are used to construct the index system of the social responsibility of the commercial web site,and carry on the comprehensive evaluation of the social responsibility of the commercial website.The results show that the overall level of social responsibility performance is good,but there are still five major issues,such as agenda setting and ineffective public opinion guidance.On the basis of this,it discusses the effective way to improve the social responsibility performance of large commercial website.
