随着移动社交媒体普及而快速兴起的视频直播网站,近几年粉丝群体日渐庞大且不断引爆各类事件,因而持续吸引着公众注意力。本报告对6家有代表性的视频直播网站进行社会责任评估。结果发现,总体来看视频直播网站的社会责任履行水平为中等略偏上,各网站间得分差距较小。其中“信息生产”责任履行情况较好,“协调关系”和“文化教育”责任的履行情况不够理想。当前视频直播网站存在广告内容较多、文化品位低俗、部分主播及粉丝用户言行不当等突出问题。对此,本报告认为视频直播网站应继续强化责任意识,基于政府机构、直播平台、用户等多元责任主体来实现共同治理。
<<With the popularity of mobile social media,the number of users of live video streaming websites has been increasing rapidly in recent years,and their influence has been expanding day by day.This research assesses the social responsibility performance of 6 representative live video streaming websites.The result shows that,on the whole,the level of social responsibility performance of these websites is slightly above the average,and the gap between the websites is small.Among them,“information production” responsibility performance is better,“coordination” and “cultural education” responsibility performance is not ideal.Next,the research points out the main problems in the development of live video streaming websites.In the end,this research proposes that live video streaming websites should continue to strengthen the sense of responsibility,and be governed by multiple subjects such as government agencies,live video streaming platforms,users and other multi responsibility bodies.
