本报告以华彩指数平台所监测的微信公众号数据为基础,选取传媒类和政务类微信公众号各15个,对其社会责任情况进行评价分析。数据结果显示,传媒类和政务类微信公众号均能较好地履行信息生产职能,文化教育功能也表现不俗,但是社会监督和协调关系的情况普遍不理想。其中,仅公、检、法专业媒体因其内容的指向性而能较好地实现社会监督职能,传媒和政务类微信公众号在国家治理、社会风险等公共议题上的关注显然不够。进而提出,如何在微信公众平台这一复杂的信息场域中积极发挥传媒与政务类公众号的舆论监督和舆论引导的作用。
<<This research is based on the wechat official accounts data of jc-index,taking thirty media and government wechat official accounts as samples,evaluates their social responsibility.The data shows that the media and government wechat official accounts can perform the functions of information production and culture better,but social supervision and coordination is generally unsatisfactory.Among them,only the public security professional media can better realize the social supervision because of its directivity,media and government WeChat official accounts pay less attention to national governance,social risk and other public issues.Further more,this research suggests how to play the role of public opinion supervision and public opinion guidance in the complex information field of WeChat official accounts,which is an urgent subject to be studied.
