本报告聚焦传统媒体转型过程中的社会责任问题,选取8家高影响力的报纸微博作为观测对象,对其社会责任进行实证评估。研究发现,传统媒体微博履行社会责任情况整体较好,四个责任维度的履行情况从好到差依次为:信息生产、协调关系、社会监督、文化教育。《人民日报》官方微博履行社会责任情况最好。部分传统媒体微博内容同质化现象较为严重,信息内容呈现较明显的“负面议题偏好”和娱乐化取向,传播活动止步于单纯的信息告知,缺乏深入挖掘与观点呈现。作为专业的信息供给机构,传统媒体微博应增强内容独创性,保障信息能见度,注意新闻“度”的把握,优化内容品质,注重信息挖掘与深度解读,提高舆论引导力。
<<This paper takes eight representative newspaper micro-blog account as cases to evaluate their social responsibility empirically.Data results show that on the whole the reality of media micro-blog's social responsibility is optimistic.The level of fulfillment of the four dimensions from high to low is as follows:the production of information,social coordination,social supervision,cultural and education.“People's Daily” micro-blog' social responsibility score highest.At present,homogenization of content is a serious problem.Content shows a more obvious “negative topic preference” and entertainment orientation.it also exists the problem of lake of depth in newspaper micro-blog account.As a professional information production organization,the traditional media microblogging should provide more original content,pay attention to the comprehensiveness of news reports,optimize the content's quality and improve the ability to guide public opinion.
