As an opinion leader in specific areas of the network micro community，medium“V”plays an important role in the production and development of network public opinion.By carrying out statistics of professional attributes of the currently active medium“V”，authors find that medium“V”is divided into experts and scholars，media and journalists，local government，as well as entertainment and commercial and so on.The medium“V”in the transmission has characteristics of relatively vertical，more rational and fan homogenization of high.In the healthy development of the network ecology，the medium“V”has both a positive role and a negative side.In some special fields，the medium“V”is far more important than big“V”in the network of public opinion ecology.Therefore，on the basis of improving the policy，strengthening the whole network monitoring and managing contents，government and network regulators should distinguish different types of medium“V”，implement hierarchical and classification management and take a targeted governance strategy.
