央视新媒体探索的起点是1996年12月,至2016年12月已历二十载。本研究根据央视新媒体发展中的标志性事件或举措,对央视新媒体进行历时性系统梳理,将其发展历程大致分为四个阶段:第一阶段(1996~2000)从网站初步创立到成为国家重点网站;第二阶段(2001~2005)从加强网站直播功能到网站全频道建设;第三阶段(2006~2010)从组织机构整合到建立国家网络电视台;第四阶段(2011~2016)从发布两微一端到打造智慧融媒体。在此基础上,本研究着重从亮点和不足这两个维度进一步探讨每个发展阶段的实践经验,进而得出央视新媒体及其他新媒体未来发展的启示:聚合优势特色资源,打造核心竞争力;加强网络互动传播与信息交互体验;紧跟新媒体技术发展态势及时应变革新;着力于精耕细作,推进媒体品牌建设;持续探索经营模式及开拓盈利空间;加强用户数据管理应用和融合创新能力。
<<CCTV started to explore new media in December 1996,it has been twenty years.According to the landmark events or actions in the development of CCTV new media,we can roughly divide it into four stages:The first stage(1996-2000),from the preliminary founded to become a national key website;the second stage(2001-2005),from the strengthening of live broadcast function to the whole channel;the third stage(2006-2010),from the organization integration to establish a national network TV station;the fourth stage(2011-2016),from mobile new media development to build the intelligence fusion media.Besides,the paper also emphasized the highlights and deficiencies in each phase with the purpose of providing some enlightenment for the future development of CCTV new media and other new media.
