The 19th National Congress of CPC raises the importance of ecological establishment to a brand new height，strengthen the construction of ecological civilization of Hunan Hubei and Jiangxi Province collaborative development is the key to realize the sustainable development of city in the middle reaches of the Yangtze river.Firstly，the paper explains the background of the construction of ecological civilization in the middle reaches of the Yangtze river，clarifies its connotation and significance，and the typical model of ecological civilization system combing the domestic and international city group construction，and summarizes the current situation of the construction of ecological civilization in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River City group.Secondly，builds a comprehensive evaluation system of ecological civilization，through the evaluation of ecological response，ecological society，ecological economy and ecological civilization construction，calculate the level of the Yangtze River city group on the basis of reference，the coordination model of physics，we construct ecological civilization construction coordination evaluation model，and calculates the each city synergy index of ecological civilization.Finally，analysis and summarizes the main problems of the coordinated development of ecological civilization construction in the middle reaches of the Yangtze river，the main task of the coordinated development of ecological civilization construction and Countermeasures of promoting coordinated development of ecological civilization construction.In this paper，the ecological civilization construction of the urban agglomeration in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River is discussed，and the main conclusions are drawn：（1）During the period of 2010-2015，There are regional differences between the level of ecological civilization construction of 28 cities，and presents the shape of “U” changes；three city groups within the construction of ecological civilization level difference is obvious；the construction of ecological civilization in the middle reaches of Yangtze River is becoming to better.（2）During the period of 2010-2015，between the 28 city of ecological civilization construction in the most moderate disorders and below the level of the overall performance of coordination development level is not high；from the spatial distribution，present a situation of tripartite confrontation，the three time in Wuhan City，the highest is Changsha City，Nanchang city，coordinated development of three city groups the construction of ecological civilization，the coordination degree of Wuhan city circle of ecological civilization construction is low，the Changsha Zhuzhou Xiangtan city group of ecological civilization construction coordination degree is better than the Wuhan city circle，Poyang Lake city group construction of ecological civilization coordination is relatively better than others，but the degree of coordination is still not high.（3）Analyzed the problems of the ecological barrier，green development，the cooperation mechanism，put forward 4 major tasks and 5 suggestions of the construction of ecological civilization coordinated development.Such as to build eco city group，to construct “two oriented” society leading area，to establish a scientific and perfect land space development and protection system.
