Raw material quality is the critical factor of the recycling capability for food waste. In this paper，the raw material of food waste becomes “badly” from “hungrily”. The contents of impurities could achieve 8% to 10%，and the influence factors including both human and policy of raw material quality of Chinese food waste are described. Based on it，clear quality requirement，integrity management system and effective measures are proposed as the premise，foundation and solution of raw material quality management separately by summarizing the practical experience of food waste management in China，Japan and Taiwan reigon，so as to provide information for further strengthening raw material quality management and improving the recycling capability of food waste.
