Recently，with the vigorous development of the nationwide museums，Hubei provincial museum is in high-speed development of the fast lane，relying on it's profound cultural heritage and rich cultural resources. Hubei provincial museum has made remarkable achievements in perspectives： the constructing Public Culture Service System，the improving of the Museum system，the enhancing of the Public Service Capacity and the protection of the culture of science and technology. At the same time，there still exist some deficiencies，such as the unbalanced regional development and the lack of vitality，the talent insufficiency and low mass participation. This report also puts forward some opinions and suggestions on Hubei Provincial Museum standardization construction，how to stimulate the vitality of the museum and encourage the social forces to participate in the museum.
