In the period of 2015，the construction of public cultural service in Hubei Province has made great progress in the implementation of leading responsibility，the promotion of coordination mechanism，the investment of public cultural construction，the pilot and demonstration，the implementation of Huimin Project，the construction of talent team and the improvement of laws and regulations. Meanwhile，there exist some problems，such as the lack of cultural consciousness，the imperfect development mechanism of cultural undertakings，inadequate service facilities and some project drawbacks，incomplete performance management mode，and insufficient integration of public cultural resources. Therefore，it is necessary to strengthen the construction of eight systems，including standards，infrastructure，production supply，digital services，financial resources，personnel，non-genetic inheritance，and policies and regulations，which can help to promote the construction of public cultural service in Hubei Province.
