As the reform of cultural system is accelerated，the cultural industry of Hubei Province have made great progress in 2015. The capacity of cultural service centers has been improved steadily，the scale of public cultural service institutions has been expanding，and the investment of cultural industry has been increasing. Meanwhile，the public cultural facilities have been increasing day by day. The development of cultural industry is good. For example，there was a large number of literary and artistic creation，whose theme is “China Dream”. In 2015，with the guidance of the provincial government，our province's system construction capacity of public cultural service continues to increase，while the construction of the public cultural service system demonstration area makes a smooth progress. As a consequence，the cultural industry develops vigorously，the cultural market is regulated orderly，foreign cultural exchanges are increasingly active，and an increasing number of people receive the cultural sense of achievement. Besides，both non-heritage protection and inheritance work have also achieved remarkable success. However，there still exist the imbalance of the level of cultural input and that of economic growth. And the construction of public cultural service system is not perfect. Our province should be targeted to fill the short board，to co-ordinate and promote the cultural industry，and to speed up the construction of a large cultural province.
