Based on the comparison of domestic and foreign advanced city，from health facilities，health services，health management and health environment four aspects，this study points out that “face health Shenzhen” in the construction of the challenge in the new situation，and put forward the “healthy Shenzhen” construction of the policy path.Literature review was used. The concept of “healthy city” was sorted out，and the index system of 11 healthy cities was compared and studied. Compare the environmental，cultural，social and service differences between Shenzhen and domestic and overseas cities.This study put forward under the new situation of “health policy path of Shenzhen” construction includes three aspects，namely promoting fairness and public health services，promote the effective supply of medical resources；promote medical technology innovation ability，optimize the precise medical health promotion；strengthen the participation of the whole society.
