本报告选取长江经济带沿线重庆、上海、成都、苏州、武汉、杭州、南京七个特大城市为研究对象,从工业发展规模、工业创新发展、工业绿色发展、工业服务发展四个维度建立工业发展水平评价指标体系,比较分析七大城市工业发展水平;采用DEA-Malmquist指数测算七个特大城市工业创新效率,分析工业创新效率与工业发展水平的相关关系。结果显示:长江经济带特大城市工业发展水平存在显著差异;工业创新效率与工业发展水平所处阶段息息相关,大致呈“N”形梯度分布;大部分特大城市工业创新效率Malmquist指数低于1,工业创新效率的变动大多来自技术效率的变动。促进长江经济带特大城市工业持续健康发展,应重视提升发展质量,提高自主创新能力,加强节能减排,促进工业与服务业融合发展。
<<Seven megacities along the Yangtze River Economic Belt,such as Chongqing,Shanghai,Chengdu,Suzhou,Wuhan,Hangzhou and Nanjing,are selected as research objects. From four dimensions:the scale of industrial development,the level of industrial innovation,the level of industrial green development and industrial service development,the report establishes the evaluation index system of industrial development level,and compares industrial development level of the seven cities. The report chooses DEA-Malmquist index to measure the efficiency of industrial innovation for the seven megacities. The results show that:there are large significant differences in the level of industrial development of the megacities in Yangtze River Economic Belt;the efficiency of industrial innovation is closely related to the stage of industrial development,the relationship is roughly “N” gradient distribution. If we want to promote the industrial of the megacities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt develop sustainedly and healthily,we should pay attention to enhance the development of quality,improve the ability of independent innovation,strengthen energy conservation,promote the integration of industry and service.
