采用熵权-TOPSIS、全局SBM-GML指数模型与耦合协调度模型对2011~2015年长江经济带工业绿色发展水平、绿色发展效率及二者耦合协调关系进行全面分析。结果显示:长江经济带工业绿色发展水平、发展效率以及二者的耦合协调度均呈平稳上升态势,在全国处于中等偏上位置;长江经济带工业绿色发展效率呈现“凸型”分布,工业绿色发展水平及二者的耦合协调度则呈梯度递减分布;技术创新、人力资本、能源结构、产业结构、对外开放是长江经济带工业绿色发展效率的主要影响因素。为进一步提升长江经济带工业绿色发展质量,加速工业绿色发展进程,应加强工业绿色科技创新,推动能源结构多元化和低碳化,建立健全绿色制造业体系,严格落实主体功能区制度,积极推广践行工业绿色新政。
<<This report makes a general research on the index of industry's green development and the efficiency of industry's geen development by the entropy method,Global SBM-GML model and coupling coordination model. The results suggest:the index,efficiency and coordinating level present an asending trend with a relative rank just above the country's average level; the index takes on a convex distribution,but the efficiency and coordinating level reflect a gradient decreasing distribution from the downstream area to the upstream area; technical innovation,human capital,energy structure,industry structure and international trade are the main factors affecting the efficiency. Thus,we should reinforce the industry's green technical innovation,use more clean energy,establish and perfect green manufacture system,enforce the main function area system and implement industry green new deal to promote the green development of Yangtze River Economic Belt's industry.
