Using the E-G index to measure the static agglomeration level of the high energy consumption industry in the Yangtze River Economic Belt，the industrial agglomeration index is used to measure the dynamic agglomeration level of the high energy consumption industry in the Yangtze River Economic Belt，and the spatial measurement method is used to analyze the high energy consumption of the Yangtze River Economic Belt Industry，the level of dynamic agglomeration of the main factors for empirical testing. The results show that the agglomeration level of the high energy-consuming industries in the Yangtze River Economic Belt is higher than the national average level，and the agglomeration level in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River has obvious differences.
