建设通平修次区域合作示范区是实现区域脱贫的新动力，也是推动长江中游城市群一体化发展的重要内容，有助于实现中部绿色崛起，可为国内次区域合作建设提供积极示范。本文在分析合作示范区发展现状的基础上，剖析其面临的问题与挑战，并基于全面深化基础设施、产业布局、商贸市场、文化旅游和生态环保一体化发展理念，提出合作区的建设思路与发展建议。
